RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At The Hair Studio, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we provide a comprehensive store credit and exchange service. To maintain the safety of our clients, we adhere to strict requirements for all items eligible for exchange or store credit. The Hair Studio Extensions are considered a hygienic product, and we prioritize matters of hygiene and public safety.

REFUND POLICY
The Hair Studio does not offer refunds on any of our products. However, we are happy to provide you with store credit within the first 7 days of receipt, provided that your order is still in saleable condition and meets the return requirements. Hair extensions must be in their original condition: tied, unwashed, uninstalled, not chemically processed, not dyed, and/or free from any tampering. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for store credit. Therefore, please thoroughly inspect each product in its original sale condition to ensure your complete satisfaction.
